TeraBox Guide respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its visitors to do the same. This page explains how copyright owners can report content on our website that they believe infringes their rights, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

We are an independent informational website. We do not host, upload or distribute apps, software or files owned by others, and we are not affiliated with TeraBox or any company mentioned in our articles.

1. Our content

All articles on this website are written for information and education. Brand names, logos and product names mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being discussed. Screenshots, where shown, are used for commentary and instruction. If you own content you believe appears here without permission, please contact us using the steps below.

2. How to submit a takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe material on our site infringes your copyright, send us a written notice that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on our website where the material appears.
  4. Your name, address, phone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Notices that do not contain all of the above may not be actionable. Please do not send general complaints or unrelated requests to this address.

After we receive a complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material, usually within a few business days. We may forward a copy of the notice to the person who published the content.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

If a valid counter-notice is received and the complaining party does not notify us of a court action within the legal time frame, we may restore the material.

4. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will remove access for users or contributors who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

5. Trademarks and names

If you are a trademark owner and have a concern about how your brand is referenced on this site, please contact us with the URL and details. We aim to describe products accurately, avoid implying endorsement, and correct anything that is misleading.

6. Misrepresentations

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please make sure your claim is valid before submitting it.
